Begin speaks about the danger of Israelis and Jews being afraid. He explains that fear is contagious and leads to destruction. The opposite of fear is courage, and courage is what liberated the Homeland. Begin then speaks about the amount of security he has within Israel and abroad, which is a result of anxiety.
